Boats: Driveways or Yards
Rules regarding parking of Boats within driveways and yards are outlined in your HOA Covenants and Restrictions. Questions should be directed to your HOA management.
CDD: Community Development District
The CDD is a form of local government created by the Florida State Legislature which has very specific, yet fewer powers than a city or county. There is a Board of Supervisors that currently meets once a month and the meetings are open to the public. In very general terms the CDD is responsible for what can be termed the common areas of the community, including but not limited to the amenity centers, storm water retention ponds, and parks. Concerns regarding District Property or Amenities should be directed to the Bartram Springs Amenity Manager through email Bartramclub@comcast.net.

Mailboxes
Damaged Mailboxes – If your mailbox is damaged, and you did not witness who damaged it, you will need to pay for the cost of the replacement.
The Single Outward Scroll Mailbox Unit Specification: All units are custom and made in Jacksonville. Are mailbox assemblies consist of extruded aluminum post, scroll, number plate and cast aluminum base and finial. Post, decorative base and finial are finished in gloss black with marine grade powder coat. All posts are installed using a direct in-ground buried with cement in accordance with USPS guidelines. We use an aluminum T1 mail receptacle with white vinyl numbers. Price includes removal of old post.
